NO2 Gas Sensing Properties of Ag-Functionalized Porous ZnO Sheets

Herein, we report a simple and scalable synthesis route to prepare Ag-functionalized porous ZnO sheets their enhanced NO2 gas sensing properties. Porous functionalized with well-dispersed submicron Ag particles were prepared by using hydrothermal method-based one-pot from Zn precursors. performance (response, selectivity, response time, recovery time) was optimized at 200°C in the sensor fabricated 3 at% sheets. We demonstrated ( R g / id="M2"> a ) of 17.18 10 ppm also obtained high 14.05 even 60% relative humidity due synergetic effect improved adsorption presence increased resistance formation Schottky barrier Ag-ZnO heterojunctions.
